The Chocolate Tree are artisan organic chocolatiers using only the finest natural ingredients. Based in East Lothian and Edinburgh, they're building a bean-to-bar chocolate factory to grind their own cacao beans, giving them full control over the chocolate and more transparency for their customers – to the point that they'll be able to say which farmer grew the beans.
