This is a residential/care complex in the Netherlands with 24 independent apartments, a common area for day care/recreation and work and sleeping quarters for care staff. The complex is being set up for the benefit of seniors by the Stichting Protestant Christelijke Woonzorghuis Noord-Veluwe (Protestant Christian Residential Care Home Noord-Veluwe Foundation) and for people with disabilities by De Passerel Foundation.
